Choreo-Connection

국립현대무용단의 지역상생 프로젝트 ‹코레오 커넥션›을 위한 비주얼 아이덴티티 디자인 프로젝트를 진행했습니다. 세종, 광주, 대구, 부산 4개 지역에서 펼쳐지는 공연은 다양한 지역을 기반으로 활동하는 안무가들의 작품을 발굴하고 동시대 사회와 역사, 그리고 사람에 대한 주제의식을 담은 현대무용 레퍼토리를 선보입니다. 보이어는 교차하는 두 직선의 만남과 그로인해 생기는 하나의 빛나는 점 ― 미팅 포인트 ― 을 주요한 모티브로 해 메인 비주얼을 디자인했습니다. 교차점은 무용을 통해 만나는 각 지역, 대중과 예술가의 만남 등 다양한 마주침의 순간을 상징합니다. 👯

We designed the visual identity for Coreo-Connection, a regional collaboration project by the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company (KNCDC). Taking place across four cities — Sejong, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan — the project showcases works by choreographers rooted in each region. It aims to discover new voices and present contemporary dance repertoires that reflect themes of society, history, and humanity. BOWYER developed the main visual around the motif of two intersecting lines converging into a single luminous point — a “meeting point.” This point of intersection symbolizes the various moments of encounter: between different regions through dance, between audiences and artists, and between individual and collective experience. 👯
