Lee Hwayoung is drawn to the fragments and traces of memory accumulated through personal experience, as well as to the overarching principles and harmonies that govern the world. Her work explores the boundaries shaped by inward and outward gazes β€” between mind and body, reason and sensation, virtual and real, concept and matter. She seeks to reveal, through images, the blurred thresholds and overlapping moments that arise in these in-between spaces.

Hwang Sangjoon is interested in observing everyday life to uncover hidden rules β€” especially the gaps within them. He sees graphic design as an act of redefining existing rules to create new contexts. This process can be described through the keywords: archetype, contradiction, remix, and provocation. He believes that, at times, making something ambiguous rather than clearly defined can be more effective.
