호민과 재환
Homin and Jaehwan

서울시립미술관 전시«호민과 재환»의 비주얼 아이덴티티와 도록을 디자인했습니다. 이 전시는 한국 현대사의 주요 이슈를 유머러스하면서도 날카로운 시선으로 조망해 온 작가 주재환과, 한국 신화를 바탕으로 삶과 죽음의 경계를 해석한 웹툰으로 널리 알려진 작가 주호민 부자의 2인전입니다. 보이어는 아버지와 아들의 2인전이라는 드문 기획을, 아들이 그린 아버지의 초상과 아버지가 그린 아들의 초상으로 직관적으로 시각화했습니다. 😎🥸

We designed the visual identity and catalogue for the Seoul Museum of Art exhibition Homin and Jaehwan. This two-person show features artist Joo Jaehwan, known for his humorous yet sharp perspectives on major issues in modern Korean history, and his son Joo Homin, widely recognized for his webtoons interpreting the boundary between life and death through Korean mythology. BOWYER visualized this rare father-and-son exhibition with a direct and intuitive concept: a portrait of the father drawn by the son, and a portrait of the son drawn by the father.  😎🥸
