Surreal Encounter: Across the Realms

금호미술관 전시 «마주한 세계: 풍경의 안팎»의 비주얼 아이덴티티를 디자인했습니다. 이번 전시는 오랜 시간 자신만의 시각을 구축해 온 한국 중견 작가들의 작업을 풍경을 통해 조망합니다. 풍경의 안팎을 넘나들며 일상과 가상의 시공간을 가로지르는 작가들의 작품세계를 투명한 막을 사이로 안과 밖이 마주하고 있는 글자와 이미지로 시각화하였습니다. 🪟

We designed the visual identity for the Kumho Museum of Art’s exhibition Surreal Encounter: Across the Realms. This exhibition offers a perspective on the work of established Korean artists who have developed their own visual languages over time, viewed through the lens of landscape. Moving between the inner and outer realms of scenery, the artists’ works traverse real and imagined spaces. This layered sensibility was visualized through overlapping text and images — representing interior and exterior worlds facing one another across a transparent membrane. 🪟
